Armed robbery, Redbank Plains: Police have charged a 35-year-old Redbank Plains man following an armed robbery at Redbank Plains last night. Around 6pm, it is alleged a man armed with a knife entered a business on Redbank Plains Road and demanded cash. After allegedly threatening staff the man fled with a sum of cash. The 35-year-old man has been charged with one count each of enter premises with intent and armed robbery. He will appear in the Ipswich Magistrates Court today.
