Breaking News: Flood Class action looms closer

Channel 10 News reports that the proposed class action over the 2011 flood is looking more likely.

Damian Scattini from Maurice Blackburn Lawyers announced: "It looks like there's a case to answer for the operators of the Wivenhoe Dam".

This is a very significant announcement for the 4000 flood victims who have already signed up for the class action.

Two years today since the big flood hit. Our community may still be hurting but the friendships & bonds created as a result of that tragedy have never been stronger.
