Breaking News: Flood Class action looms closer

Channel 10 News reports that the proposed class action over the 2011 flood is looking more likely.

Damian Scattini from Maurice Blackburn Lawyers announced: "It looks like there's a case to answer for the operators of the Wivenhoe Dam".

This is a very significant announcement for the 4000 flood victims who have already signed up for the class action.
