The $1 billion ICON redevelopment of the Ipswich CBD kicked off today with (from left) Mark Gray from Leightons, Cr Paul Tully, Hon Rachel Nolan and Hon Simon Finn. The first building, a 9-storey office tower, has already been sold for an Ipswich record $93 million even though construction has not even commenced.
