The directors and staff of Springfield Land Corporation (SLC) left their office to lend a hand to the people of Goodna.
Dressed in their lime green shirts, it was an inspiring sight to see Raynuha Sinnathamby, Bob Sharpless, Russell Luhrs, James Varghese, Terry Kearney and a myriad of other enthusiastic volunteers cleaning up the BBQ, rotunda and playground areas of the Evan Marginson Park.
The Park in Woogaroo St opposite the Goodna RSL Services Club was hard hit by the flood with 8 - 10 metres of water across it.
SLC staff left the comfort of their offices at Springfield Central and donated their time to the battlers of Goodna.
The people of Goodna thank you sincerely for your help in helping to brighten the suburb to its former glory.
