POLICE have set up road blocks and intercepted bikies at a clubhouse in Goodna as gang members meet for their national run.

Members of the Nomads leaving the Goodna headquarters were drug tested and breathalysed by police this morning.

Two people were charged with drug driving.

More than 20 police were part of the operation including State Crime Operations Command's Task Force Hydra.

Police declined to comment today but on Friday issued a public notice advising the three-day national run could cause traffic delays on the M1 and Logan Motorway as riders travelled from the New South Wales border to Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
