Free Immunisation: Additional Ipswich School Catch Up Clinic

9AM - 3PM


Ipswich City Council will be operating an additional free clinic for those students who may have missed a free vaccination at their school during the year. Eligibility requirements for this free clinic are below.


WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Any student in Years 8 to 11 who have missed a school vaccination are eligible.

Yr 8 & 9: Hepatitis B doses 1 and 2; HPV (girls only) dose 1, 2 and 3; Chickenpox
Yr 10 & 11: Boostrix (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis)


WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?
For those students who have commenced an immunisation program with Ipswich City Council (via Ipswich schools) will not need to bring any paperwork to the catch up clinic as we already have your consent form on record.

For those students who haven't commenced an immunisation program with Ipswich City Council forms will be available for parents/guardians to complete on site. Dates of when you have been vaccinated previously should be brought with you (only those dates that relate to the above vaccines).
