Goodna versus Fassifern will answer some questions about two of the least known quantities in the competition.
Goodna coach Chris Fullarton is handing first A grade starts to a number of players while Fassifern is in a similar position.
"This is our first game in six weeks," Fullarton said.
"I'm not going to expect a polished display, but I'm expecting we'll put in a good effort.
"The boys have been training well and trying to improve their skills.
"We're keen to put some of those things into the game."
Fullarton knows very little of Fassifern except its new five-eighth Andrew Walker warrants plenty of respect whenever he takes the field.
"We're certainly giving Fassifern lots of respect," he said.
"Andrew Walker is a talented player who can make things happen."
