Royal Mail Hotel Goodna - 2011 Flood

This video includes the first dramatic Triple Zero call from a resident trapped on the first floor of the Royal Mail Hotel, 92 Brsibane Terrace Goodna.
In the 1974 flood, a cow owned by Mrs Eileen Leoni from Short Street Goodna floated into the top storey of the hotel.
As the floodwaters receded over 5 days, the cow survived and was brought down the internal staircase of the pub and re-united with an ecstatic owner.
